Island Blends Acai specializes in organic acai & poke bowls. All our acai bowls are made to order with local ingredients. Our poke bowls are traditionally made by using local hawaiian ingredients, down to the ahi. Our kitchen is located in MonroeWA across from Lake Tye Park. Our food truck goes out on location from large festivals to private caterings.

We’re looking for an experienced Weekend Shift Lead to join our team! This position is perfect for someone who has strong leadership skills and truly loves serving people, because great customer service is what we’re all about.

Requirements:
• Previous shift lead or leadership experience & must work a minimum of 1 year in food industry 

• Excellent customer service skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Must enjoy working with people and leading a team
• Weekend availability required

Job duties and qualifications include:

• Exceptional customer service

• Must be available to work on weekends

• Pre-shift food prep

• Stocking  for service and taking inventory

• Operating a POS system

• Has reliable transportation

• Taking orders from customers

• Helping to run the line/ Prepare acai bowls, poke, & smoothies

• Being a team player

• Can work under pressure during a busy breakfast/lunch rush in fast-paced  while maintaining the highest food/ product quality
