What’s rad about Island Blends Acai is our customers, our fan base, our supporters and our truck “groupies” aka loyal, diehard customers who follow our truck almost every day. It’s so amazing to see Brazilians at our truck telling us that we have the best acai bowls they have ever had, Islanders or people from Hawaii tell us that our poke bowls are legit. We wanted to bring healthy, delicious and fresh food items to the streets of Seattle, but to have approval from the people whose native dishes we serve is beyond amazing. To be honest, that’s what keeps us going every day!

AÇAÍ IS A HIGHLY NUTRITIOUS BERRY THAT GROWS ON A TALL, THIN PALM IN THE AMAZON FLOODPLAINS.
High in the canopy of its pristine environment, the açaí palm produces clusters of dark purple berries. Although similar in the look and size of a blueberry, the açaí berry is mostly comprised of a large seed. The purple skin of the berry is what possesses tremendous health properties and has been used as a staple food by Amazon natives for centuries.
We choose to use clean, organic acai pulp in our bowls, topped with the best organic granola and fruit toppings of your choice. Acai bowls are nutritious and delicious, handcrafted to be a healthy meal and/or treat.

In todays society, its "normal" to have artificial preservatives added into the daily foods we eat.
So we encourage to change that, starting with our favorite fresh and healthy meals from the Big Island. The thought of importing the highest quality ingredients seemed far from ordinary simply because its expensive, but we didn't want that to stop us so we found a way to make this vision possible. Here we are, opening up our first food truck and proving our concept was our way of knowing that our vision of serving the finest foods from our homeland of Hawai'i is a success.
4 years later we opened our first brick and mortar in Monroe Wa & a second location opening in August of 2022.
